Ms Ramp-era tenant /landlord payment

our status has gone from prosseced to batched.  Our landlords says paid but no funds have been given. They deposited 1 penny into his account yesterday morning. Has this happened to anyone else? How long does it take when it says batched. It has been 2 days for each thing to change from qc control to processed to batched..
