I have looked into selling my car but the negative equity which has built up on it (and a previous bad car deal prior to this one) will make selling my car not much of an advantage so I will have to tackle this debt head on.

I have been doing good and tackled several smaller projects myself (paint, flooring, fixture replacement, etc.)

I guess the first step would be to tackle the valuation of the park.  

Of course the risk of a bad tenant should be mitigated by proper tenant screening but investors need to be ready to tackle that stuff if they get into this business.

Even the big banks have been catering to smaller investors these days as there is not enough business to tackle on the access liquidity with their growing deposit base.

In my experience, I(we) became a generation molded into become one that was easily mobile (rent and move to find a better spot), cautious with our money, and tackling one thing at a time like school, a career, family, then a home.Heavy use of commas but didn't want to drag this out.

I would eventually like to give up the 9 to 5 workday, but I'm realistic and know that is a long way off at this point.I have massive debt to tackle as I work to build a real estate investing business (going to blog about my journey).  

If you're going to tackle a historical project then you're going to need a BIG compelling story to get others to help you.

Then you have more energy to tackle the next one and the next one until you're out of danger.
