Is the company real  estate done 4 u a good oppurtunity to invest in? I have only read one bad review where a client purchased a property from scott and turned out TO be a tenant nightmare. However the owner scott baught the property back. A class act. This is a turnkey property investment company that supposedly handles all the ma agement etc and you buy the property. Most houses are in Indianapolis. Does anyone have or now someone who has experience in this? How do they profit is it from the purchase?
