As an additional bit of info, I've found boxes with ship to labels out front of the property and the person the boxes were addressed to didn't show up on searches for associated persons.

Yes, with these rates you are definitely not “cash flowing” and I believe that ship has sailed, but if you are renting out the other unit and it is costing you the same, or less than to rent something similar, you are in the green.

Not that super educated people can't sell houses they can.. but there is some salesmen ship involved with this and most do not have the personality for it and fail miserably at trying to sell their own property.
