Apologize, give a small credit, and get the power to the well restored asap.

I am asking that because I heard I should deliver the insurance company some kind of a notary form of completion of the restoration.

This was a gorgeous apartment when we rehabbed it and rented it to him and now we are looking at probably $5k to restore!

Oddly enough anyone that has used Restore X or any other deck coating, has also used elastomeric paints.
