They seem genuine per the reviews but these are the concerns I had ThanksSri

I enjoy helping people advance their knowledge when they are genuine, respectful, and/or give some indication that they might return the favor some day to someone else who is just starting out.

Do you general DD and know your range, but find out what he wants: heritage/legacy for his kids, someone to take a real, genuine interest in the property and continue his tradition if excellence (ego), or just move on.

@J Scott J - Your conversation with your Jon confirms what Denise told me when we walked properties in November in an area that she invests in that I'm very interesting in picking up rentals in . . . she puts Allure flooring in (I think it's a laminate; it looks like a genuine hardwood and is apparently pretty indestructible) and she almost always does a granite counter and SS appliances.I'd personally never put SS appliances in a rental, period.

Oh yes I loved working for them as well, I just meant used car sales as a whole has a bad rep, where as I felt like I was genuinely helping the consumer while I worked there. 

If you think they are genuinely having problems with the rent, do whatever you think is right.

It's hard to admit your losses, but it keeps things genuine.
