Hello Everyone,

I currently serve on Camp Pendleton. I've been following BP for a little under a month and have been extremely appreciative for all the "real-world" knowledge that people are willing to take time to talk about for people like myself to benefit from. I just attended my first REI club (SDICIA) meeting this month and was excited for being with like minded individuals. I'm interested in Multifamily properties and want to buy and hold for about 5-7 yrs, possibly longer depending on the market conditions(which is something i'm trying to learn how to analyze accurately).

I hope everyone is having a great day!

Mark
