I've been an entrepreneur my entire life from breeding and selling lizards at 15 to launching my own Sneaker Line in Detroit, Michigan called Jimmy Kicks that was featured in dozens of media outlets around the world including the New York Times Unfortunately things had to come to a hault- but that didn't stop me!

In the past i have partnered with a some fellow entrepreneurs(plumber and salon to lower cost, and increase reach) to do door hangers.  

I think I might skip college to be a realtor or work in real estate as a gate way to become an investor and entrepreneur (I want to open a gym chain someday).

I certainly don't want to discriminate against entrepreneurs, but I would feel more comfortable if at least one of them a more reliable source of income.Is this a valid concern?

I’m an American millennial entrepreneur who is interested in buying a small rental income property somewhere on the southern coast.

I'm a busy entrepreneur and don't have a lot of time to look at properties, nor do I particularly enjoy the process of house hunting. 

Shortly after high school I enlisted in the United States Coast Guard which took me to places all over the U.S, unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted to continue doing as a career and I knew I could do better outside of the Coast Guard, I decided to finish out my enlistment after 8 years of service to follow my desire to be an entrepreneur, I started working with my dad at his  shop hoping to help him turn it around but unfortunately his drive to grow has decreased and I decided to work toward my life goal to be in real estate investing.

Most people are simply not suited to become entrepreneurs, especially those with real-world responsibilities.
