I would like a few referral for a Home Inspector for a property in Illinois Western suburbs.

I'm a newbie in the Western Washington area hoping to to diversify my income streams with real estate investing .

I am a local investor and buy average of 4 properties a month. i stick with western PA only.

I'll need the to come out to Western Racine County.  

I live west of Chicago and you can forget about cash flow anywhere near me simply because of taxes so I'm looking elsewhere...Michigan, Indiana, or even western/southern Illinois.

I live in Arizona and I am looking at purchasing properties out of state (around the mid-west and / or the far north- western states) and I was wondering whether I can hold the property under an Arizona LLC or does it have to be held the state I purchase the property in (ex: under a Mississippi LLC or Indiana LLC)?

Houses are selling fast in Idaho because there is a huge influx of retirees moving into Idaho from higher priced states (Typically California and western Washington and Oregon.)My handyman's son recently bought his first property.  

I would really like to buy a multi family home in the western part of the city but I dont see any available online.

Also, there is a meeting in the Springfield area called Western Mass REIA, I believe you can find them on Facebook and on Meetup under Western Mass Real Estate Investors.

I reside in the Western Suburbs of Chicago and am interested in learning this business fast.
