Starting Out in Pittsburgh, PA

Hello All!

I'd like to take the leap into Real Estate Investing. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and would love to pick someone's brain about the market, starting out, expectations, etc. But in general, my goal is to own short term rental properties in a few major cities. Should I first focus on the local market? Any advice for someone just starting out and a goal of owning various properties in various cities? Thanks in advance for the help!

Kind regards,

Tanner Hall
