Thank you @Steve Bracero for the kind words about Black Diamond.  I have posted our next event on Bigger Pockets, here is the link.

It's a bit of a hike from Agawam, however. Our Worcester event is closer when we have them, the next is in July. Also, there is a meeting in the Springfield area called Western Mass REIA, I believe you can find them on Facebook and on Meetup under Western Mass Real Estate Investors.
