He gave me access to 'The Portal' ( a MLS program for customers) I have seen every single 2-4 unit property in about 5 or 6 upcoming neighborhoods since December 2013 and I am officially hooked on real estate! 

I think the solution is to look for an online portal/dashboard type solution.

Does QB integration and a corporate online portal matter to you?

Each one of our clients has access to our loan processing portal for increased transparency. 

If that is a factor I would suggest finding a crowdfunding portal that can provide proof of funds for the purchase of the property in advance of the actual crowdfunding.
