Hopefully joining BiggerPockets will be one of my best decisions ever!  It is time to execute, but I NEED to figure out how to connect the dots; I understand the concept of wholesaling properties and to me it seems to be the most effective way for me to start pursuing the real estate industry.  I look forward to putting my daughter in real estate school, but as of now I see how wholesaling properties in Memphis, TN can be the key to revitalizing low-income communities and creating housing opportunities for families!!  I look forward to meeting trustworthy persons that don't mind sharing their knowledge and networking deals.  If you feel like I can offer help to you then just ask: only thing I can think to offer right now is my writing skills for connecting with homeowners.  I need guidance!!!
