I do everything but looking to start buying more ugly ducklings that need new bathrooms so I will outsource that but with this handyman shortage i've been thinking about setting up something around that. 

@Alex F.IRS prohibits any disqualified person (you are one of those) from providing services to the qualified retirement plan, so you would have to outsource this to an unrelated third party. 

I also read there are companies that you can outsource all personnel to.

Back in January we were testing some outsourcing options for our customer service, but this shouldn't have happened..  

The city outsources plan check to a 3rd party and they have a min 10 day turn around.

They just raised their fees, but otherwise very convenient and a good way to outsource those filings.

You could buy a property and manage it yourself, hire a property management company to handle the day-to-day operations, or use a hybrid model where you manage the property but outsource some tasks like cleaning and maintenance.

A major selling point for my work is that you can focus on the value add parts of your RE business that only you can do- the "work on your business, not in your business" mentality of specialization and outsourcing.
