Diving into Real Estate can feel like you're trying to drink from a fire house.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

a lot of them are located at outlet malls up and down the I 5   but generally always at a spot where U can buy food and drink and find a restroom and let the pooch go potty. 

These events typically consist of a 5 or 6 hour bus trip, visiting 5 or 6 properties (BTW, a sample bus trip is included in the R2R event), followed by a social gather that includes food and drink. 

Drink water.

I quit drinking recently and I'm trying to meet people my age (24) through hobbies rather than the bar scene.  

If it’s hot take an ice chest full of drinks and drop off once in a while.  

If you had this same scenario, but you were also tired of doing all the things involved in REI and you just wanted to sip drinks on the beach you can make an even stronger case for wanting to cash out.
