Any advice for a beginner learning?

Since I’m not old enough to buy real estate, I’m looking to learn as much as I can about real estate. My first thought was books, so if you have any recommendations that would be great. I also have an uncle who started and recommended me the podcast, and since then I’m finishing my third podcast episode. So do you know any other ways I can learn more about real estate?
