Selling real estate

I own 5 buy and hold single family rentals. I have the plans to never sell any property and continue to purchase. I question why investors sell. If the idea is to collect cash flow why would the strategy be to sell ? As long as you have enough capital to continue to buy property ? I guess my post is to ask more experienced investors to make the case as to why I would sell property.
