After being exhausted daily with ridiculous amounts of stress and pressure, I decided to finally take the leap and refocus my energy.

First I'd recommend that you totally exhaust your banking options.

I do have to admit however that I am exhausted and I am looking forward to recharging my batteries over the holidays.I also am going to adjust my marketing campaign in the upcoming year so that I don't generate as many phone calls in such a short time, at least until I start having some help in answering the phone.

Where before 10% down and a pulse could easily get you an investment loan, now we are looking at 25% down and so much documentation that you are mentally exhausted by closing.

I had a Hayabusa front end on it, drilled and slotted R1 rotors, 6 Piston calipers, Stainless steel lines, updated clutch, titanium race exhaust, digital gauges, Escort Redline radar detector, and frame braces. 

They want you exhausted and not speak up.  

Properly installed, they should be able to withstand winds twice that speed.  

Also, a main reason I didn't mention before, is that many cannot credit/income qualify for bank credit or have exhausted their FNMA/FHLMC allowance.

I have done the drive to Binghamton before and I think going every month will be exhausting.
