Your photographs with the light staging will give the same effect with much less work for you.

A great photographer and stager will make a crappy property look amazing :) plus you can never gauge the neighborhood unless you know the area like the back of your hand. 

I have seen enough wide angle lenses and good photographers with lighting rigs and everything else.

Now these ride alongs did not always unlock the secret door to success, but each time I learned something.

Luckily my vehicle was unlocked and I was able to beat the lock into submission with a trailer hitch of all things to regain access.  

I initially started with them because my day job constantly has me traveling with little time to manage anything.They are super convenient as they hire professional photographers and build all your listing profiles (Airbnb/ VRBO, etc).

Ours features some blown up photos from various photographers that I knew and they are all over the house.

I could not tell you how often we show up for a claim and the contractor has repaired everything with no photographs or documentation... how do we write for damages when no one has proof of it being damaged?
