I just want to make sure I have everything correct:1) Pull list of from propstream for potential motivated sellers2) Market to said sellers (I'm planning to use ringless voicemail or postcard, no cold-calling unless absolutely necessary)3) If we agree on a price, get it approved by my bank for financing4) Get Inspection5) Take the property to title company6) Close on propertyAm I missing anything?
