@Jess F @Elizabeth DoucetteTo answer your questions in regards to the more desirable areas, I would have to say anywhere close to any of the colleges in town, Liberty being number one since they have the fastest growth rate and are closest to the busiest areas in Lynchburg.

East Orange is the cheapest place to buy on the midtown direct train, as well as having the 2nd closest stop to NYC.

This unit the people would have to drive about 5-10 minutes to get to the closest one.
