As usual, the well-capitalized, long-term investors will soak up inventory, buy when their financial positions are ready, and do so on solid properties that they can and intend to hold for decades.

I am still soaking in all of the information that we learned, it was a great seminar and would love to continue the education with them but unable to do the financing right now so here I am.

I had a handyman install the new ac and she said the ac was leaking overnight and her computer and medical equipment were soaked.

I am very new to this and want to spend a year or two just being a sponge and soaking in as much knowledge as possible while saving $.
