so I will share with you what I am doing to get myself educated: 1)Go pro – No I don’t work for BP, but you get the tools you absolutely need to be successful as a pro member hands down. 2)Listen to every single BP pod cast.

Numerous pod casts have indicated having pre-approval will show agent and perhaps lender your a serious contact as your using BP agent finder to establish a team.

I just listened to one of the BP pod cast and the guy they interviewed started out building units to rent.

Definitely listen to some of the pod casts on here which are of benefit.The absolute best way to approach out of state real estate investing ( as in any line of work) is to shadow someone who is successfully at that specific type of investing.
