Hello, I am new to BP and I am thinking of building duplex to rent. Is there any builder direct to investors here around Kalamazoo-Grand Rapids, MI area? I would also like to discuss with anyone with prior experience. Thanks!

You might want to reach out to local builders who are doing small infill projects (1-3 homes at a time) in your area and ask about build on your lot programs that they offer. Especially if they are building townhomes or other attached product.
