Well I take my hat off to you - getting back up on the horse.

Do the bare minimum to keep them going on back and forth (eg, make sure your seller is still sending both lenders any/all paperwork requested), and move on dot com with your life, but certainly do NOT hang your hat on this going through in a timely manner (or at all). :)

Putting my "disclaimer" hat on though, it is still a contract and to the extent you do not feel 100% comfortable with it, you should consider consulting local counsel to either review it, or as suggested, draft one for you.
