Do the bare minimum to keep them going on back and forth (eg, make sure your seller is still sending both lenders any/all paperwork requested), and move on dot com with your life, but certainly do NOT hang your hat on this going through in a timely manner (or at all). :)

They also dont accept escalation clauses on REO's in my market.Also being relisted a week later, that is just an indication that the buyer backed out after a home inspection.So Im not doubting you, Im just thinking that perhaps the limitations of posting on an internet message board is creating a communication wall between you being able to explain to me, and me being able to understand the nuance of hat happened in your ase.
