Recently I set up all of my tenants on the quickbooks IPN payment system which allows them to pay rent electronically for a fee of $0.50 per payment.

They can be sent back and forth via fax or electronically for the most part.

I don't particularly enjoy reading much (which I realize is a major weakness of mine that I am continually working on) but certainly enjoy listening to books via electronic means (especially the Podcast!) 

My take is this: this is probably just going to be a part of accepting money electronically through a no-fee setup.
