Everything was going great with the rehab until the crawl space and basement started taking on significant water with the heavy rain here in Arkansas.

Does the brrrr strategy work in the state of Arkansas?

Once each of our LLC’s ar ecreated and all the funds are raised & Operating agreements are in place.What limitations do we have with the funds?

I suggest you consider larger MSAs (you'll have to go slightly out of town from the city centers) in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, and Alabama.Others have discussed the pros and cons of TIC investing and I agree with all of the above. 

., Lower Manhattan, or costal inlands.Before my properties are at risk, the State of Arkansas will have beachfront property. :)
