I do commercial and also an investor and principal owner of my company.You need to define what your IDEAL LIFE is, create a vision board, and work toward that in smaller bite size achievable steps.Property management is really a waste of time.

This has helped her build her network within the industry.That being said, make sure you are targeting opportunities with folks who understand your vision and want to contribute to your personal and professional growth.

A good exercise is to figure out what are your major time sucks and how you can automate it so you're out focusing on the larger vision and business development.
