Commercial/MFR Investing in Bay Area, CA

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new investor looking to jump into Commercial/MFR investing in Bay Area, CA, Central Coast, Ca or even out of state! My family has a history of restoring old Victorian homes in California, and during the Covid Pandemic I've become obsessed with researching and developing a high cash flow/growth investment strategy in Real Estate Investing. BP episode 416 and the book, Crushing It, are huge inspirations for me and I feel confident about my vision in terms of acquiring commercial real estate and financial independence.

At this point in time I am looking to build a team and to expand my local network in the Bay Area. If you have any lenders, accountants, agents and or lawyers that you would recommend connecting with I would very much appreciate the lead!
