It is great that you're getting your personal stuff back into shape, like Josh said, I think having a plan of attack will be really helpful.

No personal attacks here, just want to keep things along the lines of what the BP community is all about; openly helping one another to achieve better and attain a higher level of success.

I would suggest that in the future, if you are going to attack a persons strategy, you should qualify your basis of knowledge in THAT SPECIFIC market? 

Some days I wake up and I'm in attack mode.

Research both 1st and 2nds and see where you want to attack.

This network is the same you have explained only I attack it from the front end rather than the back.

As a matter of fact, we were just discussing a couple days ago a plan to buy some cash flow properties that can eventually pay college tuitions and fund help fund our retirements down the road.So, thank you for the advice on a way to attack that!
