Hey everybody! I'm totally a newbie to the real estate world & would
love to learn little by little until I just get the hang of it. I just started a
small s-corp Bridgshare Property investment from a small office in my
home & the basic plan is to establish a line of corporate credit, plus
establish my own credit in the process. I went & opened accounts
everywhere. Office Max, Best Buy, Crown Jewelers, etc...

For my situation as of right now with my credit just in the rehab &
establishment stage, I'm eager to learn how to put distressed properties
under contract for very little money then sell them off to other investors.
I would love to learn how to do this without spending $1000s of $$$ on
some real estate guru's seminar.
