(We have thousands upon thousands of transactions yearly, if I tried to keep the paper I'd have to build a wall of filing cabinets to store it all... and I am not about to do that.)I make sure to run regular reconciliations, and catch at least a few things every time that I missed.Do yourself a favor... learn Quickbooks early and start using it.
