You could always approach speakers after real estate investment meetings to ask questions.

(Interestingly, his father was not a great public speaker either but was very good at diplomacy - perhaps due to his greater experience at it.)Many people outside the U.S. have an almost caricatured view of Bush, which is unfortunate, I think.

Usually we have a speaker at each meeting.

There have been a lot of speakers/ self appointed educators hit the circuit in the last 19 years I have been in real estate and very few of them have had the success of FB and anytime I see success like that there is something to it.

Some local networking groups definitely do invite speakers who pitch their products.

It is a great way to network and we always have a speaker to educate, no sells.  

I also think he was a speaker at noteworthy or a similar convention.Anyone have any idea who I am talking about?
