The whole house needed repainting and repairs but they closed on time to the unknowing buyers.A really nice mountain bike that I wanted but was probably taken by the demo crew.More pennies than you could imagine.

If the guy hanging a light needs to cut some sheetrock, it gets repaired and repainted without anyone having to ask.Also, because they've worked with all my specialty guys (electrician, plumber, HVAC, roofer, window company, cabinet installer, etc) on so many jobs, they all know each other, and my main crew knows to step out of the way when the specialists come in.

There were a couple ....and I mean literally a couple of holes in each wall from nails.....so we filled the holes and used the same paint.....yes we still had it and now the holes are covered up and there is a SLIGHT difference in the paint color because it is 11 years old............as a result, the prospective tenant asked if the walls could be repainted
