Replace trim and door or just repaint?

Hi guys, I was just wondering, if the trim and doors in the house is the older oak look, but still is in good shape; would you replace it or repaint it white? I've been having a hard time with this because I've been in houses where the trim looks painted and it looks pretty good, but I am a perfectionist. Any experienced rehabbers advice would be grateful.

Thanks.
