Section 8 calculates the amount of rent they will pay versus how much the tenant will pay, based upon the voucher recipient's household income - which includes everyone that will be living in the household.So, you might want to make sure you aren't causing a violation of their S8 voucher, which could cause them to lose their voucher and get you banned from being able to receive S8 payments as a landlord.Be careful if you call her S8 caseworker about this!
