As residential rental investors (aka buy and hold), our life blood come from our target customer: renters.  Did you know the dominant (most common) household size is the single-person-household among renters?  This means the largest category of renters are looking for a rental unit/lease made for one person.  How are you responding to this?

Ref: Harvard Reports the following on Renter Households:

    1. - One-Person Households: 37% (living alone)
    2. - Married Without Children Households: 16% (two person households)
    3. - Family With Children Households: 33% (3 person plus related households)
    4. - Other: 14%

Ref: iPropertyManagement.com claims 50% of rental households are 1-person-households
