As much as I would love to give the neighbors the eyesore of putting a parking spot in my front yard as a result of their inability to be reasonable, the house is elevated 2-3 feet from the driveway and has steps leading up, so there is no accessible way to put a spot there without regrading the land.

CAM cost and deferred  maintenance, AND if utilities are separated, parking spots, landscaping and snow removal, sprinkler system and elevator (maybe)OR see if ordinances changed and make sure things are grandfathered in ;p
