We remediated mold, didn't disclose it (didn't think we had to), and a couple weeks before closing, it came up in conversation with our agent who insisted we write up an amendment disclosing it (we included it in a larger amendment so it wouldn't stand out as a major issue).

Finally, asking for copies of a landlord's notices to tenants, without a search warrant and without a good cause to believe a crime has been committed, violates the privacy rights of owners under the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights, which guarantees that: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no [search] warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
