I get some good deals that come across my desk, for example, yesterday, I met with an owner of a building on a prime shopping street in Brooklyn, that is willing to accept $7 million for his property even though the building is worth $10 million.

Brooklyn has had some parts that have been appreciating rapidly so this might be something you can recognize personally if you visit first.

Coworking is probably the closest someone is going to get to buy/hold in Brooklyn, NY the way prices are going up.
