Hey, I'm wondering where is the hot spots in Atlanta GA to invest in MFH..also I'm thinking about Dublin, Ga as well?

Brian Smith what size multi family are you considering? There are smaller duplexes and triplexes in Lilburn, Cobb County and Fulton County. I’ve been working with clients who are looking in the 4-10 unit range and we’ve seen some Snellville, Canton, and Marietta and downtown Atlanta.

Another question is the condition you’re looking to buy: turn key or needs reno. I received a pocket listing for a quad at 99k but each unit needed about 15k in work. I’ve also seen a 16-unit deal for 350k but each unit renovation was about 13k.
