I am thinking that takes a license attorney or title and escrow company.Notes no problem.. we do those routinely same with deeds as you state.. just take a copy of the last deed.. and change the names of the grantor grantee to the new configuration.Instead of typing one out I will photo copy the legal description and just add it as addendum A to the legal in the orginal deed..

Even if their is 3 month seasoning rules for wholetaling, it seems that there is so much more profit in the deal over doing the typical wholesale routine and leaving most of the profit for someone else.I completely see the value in what you do, it's something I actually want to do.
