I have a time intensive, rotating schedule "W-2" and am also a growing investor who does flips.I'm looking for my next off market deal in my area - and looking to outsource most functions of the process.

@David Sills - we use Xero for all of our businesses and outsource bookkeeping! 

I think that's a smart move to focus on strengths and outsource the rest.
