Are the coils dirty?

I bought all metal ones to replace those and they've been doing just fine and get the job done. 

Some with metal wire mesh screen, some with stucco or plaster, some with wood, some with expanding foam sealent (but make sure to stuff the hole first with steel wool - rodents can not chew through that, they can through the foam)

Strong dollar also equals weaker precious metals.

they move house sitters in.the Dawgs system would be over kill for a MH the metal they use is stronger than your MH  :)  I have seen the dawgs live and in person on stuff I funded south side of Chicago in that area its the ONLY thing that will keep you from getting stripped..  

Is it a new Complete system new furnace new coil new condenser ?

Due to the heavy neck and metal strength, no one has been able to cut through this lock with a bolt cutter.

It was down the street from where I used to live and near where I worked so I was driving through the neighborhood and after I seen it was for sale I realized it met all my criteria that my wife and I had listed and it was cheap.
