Here's my take:I have a hard time taking a lot of the global climate change discussion seriously, because it seems most of the legislation past to combat it conveniently raises the price of fossil fuels.

This is why I strongly support new upcoming legislation regarding resellers and wholesalers.

They give us all a bad name and that is why states are cracking down and writing legislation to tighten the screws on wholesalers. 

I would be very worried about the rent control legislation that keeps getting tossed around in your area as we have seen a flood of investors moving their holdings over here to Idaho because of just those things.
