Billions are pouring into the urban areas of Atlanta in terms of infrastructure -- transportation (including beltine),  enormous commercial rehabs, and new construction of multi-purpose. 

A brand spanking new mobile home from the manufacturer is a large chunk of change, in addition to transport and setup costs.  

Our renter has expensive medical bills, no car to get to work, no public transportation near our property.Pets nor any animal has to take car of them selves, humans do that for them plus, plan for the future.  

If you are in a "hip" city that has a shortage of affordable housing (like Austin), I think it's a good idea if you can make them cool, sustainable, and green whilest being sturdy enough to transport out to wherever these mobile millennials are going to live.

Baking bread, processing it, transporting it, selling it to the public is entirely different than walking into a store and buying at a good price. 

I think Austin on the border of Oak Park near the golf course and along Madison definitely has some potential, it has some wonderful old buildings that are getting some needed attention, Its near transportation and has all the benefits of Oak Park but without the taxes and schools.
