I'm a born and raised Tampa Bay area native (Treasure Island out at the beaches specifically but I live and invest in South Tampa) and the amount of construction and developers moving into this area is unlike anything we have ever witnessed before. 

I am a Jacksonville native.

I can tell you right now that the typical, middle class-lower middle class Native Californian will NEVER leave California.

I am a Columbus native and I have some knowledge I have been looking to network with others that are passionate in the area to see if we could work together. 

It is much less costly to take action while vacant, proactively, than to react with multiple service calls re-actively.

Let's say I buy a property with 2 buildings on it, and have a mortgage against the property.Let's now say I split the property into 2 parcels, sell one and keep the other.How would the lender (normally) react?

These seem like red flags to me but perhaps I am over reacting?

I’m a New York City native but purchasing any type of real estate in this area is not realistic for me.
