@Sanjeev Kumar To add on to my fellow BP experts here, you have to go with your comfort level as well, Atlanta is great but you might find yourself more comfortable in places like San Antonio or even Memphis.

Like to add one more thing, NO, the fact that property is titled in a LLC does NOT take away personal liability for that debt from a debt to income ratio stand point.

There are some "add ons" to your site that tell you the probability of a high ranking and you make the suggested changes to see your ranking/engagements increase.  

cleaning fee's are nuts these guys are going to price themselves out of the market by the time you add all the add ons you can stay at luxury hotel and for business traveler no way am i paying all those extras.
