I own a 4500 sq ft 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Winter Garden that I have been renting out since 2012.  

Also there are some awesome free events/Meetups here in Raleigh such as the Bigger Pockets Meetup at Raleigh Beer Garden in Downtown Raleigh (second Wednesday of the Month).

Winter Garden has deals every blue moon.  

I have a buddy that lives out in Winter Garden trying to find his way back to College Park.

There may also be a basement/garden level unit. 

I went out into the Garden to look and straight away noticed a horrendous sight- they had chewed their way through our solid mahogany patio doors which is four inches thick!

Also, a horse race track is proposed, along with a deSal plant in Moss Landing.  

In our search, we're finding that there are zones for STR - like the Osceola/Kissimmee area vs Winter Garden or Minneola, but still see listings for private rooms or entire rooms in these other areas.We want to do this the right way, and our initial thought was to rent an apartment in Minneola for example and be able to list that on Airbnb, but we found that this usually is a violation of the lease when you rent.

The piping is all there or if it's simpler to remove the gas piping and replace with electric water heater, electric dryer and electric range (garden).
