So long as you're careful and use common sense I believe most people can and should tackle most minor repairs/upkeep themselves, at least until they know what it entails.

Ok to tackle this task if you invest more than a 3 hours outside your home.

We could have had our own contractor handle the work, but he's never had to tackle a smoke remediation project.

I would be willing to tackle any repairs needed and be your property manager, if you would like.

I think I would obviously be spread too thin trying to tackle all those areas and also do the REO stuff at the same time.
